AI Lawsuit Tracker provides an editorial database of AI-related litigation, drawn from public court records and reporting. The Site is informational only. Nothing on the Site is legal advice. Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice about a specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

  • You may read, share, and quote our content with attribution and a link back. See the Press page for citation guidance.
  • You may not bulk-collect, mirror, or train machine-learning models on the Site without a written license.
  • You may not misrepresent our content as your own, alter quotes, or strip attribution.
  • You may not interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content programmatically without permission.

Pro accounts

Pro is a paid subscription. Billing runs through Stripe. You may cancel any time via the customer portal link in your welcome email; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Pro access is for the named subscriber; sharing credentials is not permitted.

Accuracy & corrections

We work hard to be accurate and we cite primary sources. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or for actions taken in reliance on the Site. If you spot an error, email editor@ailawsuittracker.com and we will correct material errors promptly.

Intellectual property
